Ester Temperato

Ester is the Founder and Managing Director of Exter Group, a firm specialized in international business development and export strategy. With over 20 years of international experience, she has worked with public institutions and diplomatic bodies, including the Commercial Section of the Embassy of Pakistan, supporting internationalization programs, trade promotion initiatives, and institutional coordination. She has led international projects, managed tender processes, and overseen European Union–funded programs.
