Tona Rubio

Tona Rubio has more than 25 years of experience in international project management, specializing in innovation, technology transfer, internationalization, and entrepreneurship. She has led projects in both public and private environments, working with public administrations, institutions, and companies on initiatives related to innovation, training, and business development. She holds a Law degree from the University of Oviedo and an MBA from IE Business School. She has experience in agile methodologies, serving in Business Owner and Product Owner roles, and has participated in fundraising processes, grants and sponsorship acquisition, as well as the development of institutional relationships.
