Faris Ramdan has 30 years of experience in international promotion and business development, with a career focused on supporting foreign companies in their establishment and growth in Morocco. He has worked in B2B prospecting, organization of trade missions, foreign investment attraction, and partner search, collaborating with institutional clients and trade promotion agencies in Morocco, Spain, and Russia, such as AMDIE, Aragón Exterior, and Extenda. He holds a Master’s degree in Agri-Food Industry Marketing from TBS Education and a Advanced Studies in Biomolecular Chemistry from the University of Toulouse.

Michele Rossi has more than 10 years of experience in business consulting, with a legal and commercial profile, working with both multinational and local companies. He holds a degree in Legal Sciences and a Master’s degree in International Relations. He has participated in projects involving analysis, research, and process management, supporting decision-making and negotiations in international environments. At Gedeth Network, he manages projects and collaborates in the design and implementation of work processes, specializing in the Italian, Spanish, and Latin American markets.

Claudia María is a Senior Internationalization Consultant with more than 20 years of experience, specializing in the French market. She has worked at the Colombian Trade Promotion Agency in France and at the Civil Aviation Authority in Colombia. She is a lawyer with studies at Sorbonne Business School, holds an LL.M. in International Law, and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from INAP. She speaks Spanish and French and has knowledge of English. At Gedeth Network, she advises companies on export processes and project management in France.

Sergio Montano has more than 13 years of international experience in biotechnology and life sciences, building his career in research, innovation, and product management environments. He holds a degree in Molecular Biology, a PhD in Medical Research, and a Master’s degree in Business Development. He has worked at companies such as Genzyme (Sanofi Group) and Origo Biopharma, contributing to projects related to drug development, innovation, and operational management. Ester is the Founder and Managing Director of Exter Group, a firm specialized in international business development and export strategy. With over 20 years of international experience, she has worked with public institutions and diplomatic bodies, including the Commercial Section of the Embassy of Pakistan, supporting internationalization programs, trade promotion initiatives, and institutional coordination. She has led international projects, managed tender processes, and overseen European Union–funded programs.

Eduardo González has more than 20 years of experience in business development, innovation, and strategic consulting, with a track record in transformation projects, market research, and strategic activation for large corporations and startups.

He has developed his professional career in organizations such as IBM Global Services, Frost & Sullivan, Capgemini, and Grupo Barrabés, collaborating with companies including Telefónica, Repsol, and BBVA on innovation, strategy, and growth initiatives in complex environments. He holds a degree in Business Studies from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and is fluent in Spanish and English. Tona Rubio has more than 25 years of experience in international project management, specializing in innovation, technology transfer, internationalization, and entrepreneurship. She has led projects in both public and private environments, working with public administrations, institutions, and companies on initiatives related to innovation, training, and business development. She holds a Law degree from the University of Oviedo and an MBA from IE Business School. She has experience in agile methodologies, serving in Business Owner and Product Owner roles, and has participated in fundraising processes, grants and sponsorship acquisition, as well as the development of institutional relationships.

Raúl has more than 10 years of experience in commercial management and foreign trade, with a track record in international commercialization projects developed primarily between Spain and Ecuador. He holds a degree in International Business from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María and has completed postgraduate studies in Marketing Management at ESIC University. Throughout his career, he has worked on the coordination of commercial operations, distributor relations, and support in market entry processes in both countries. He is fluent in Spanish and English.

Marina Rayón has more than 15 years of experience in internationalization and business development, working with companies in sectors such as food and beverage, industry, tourism, and sports. Throughout her career, she has managed commercial negotiations with international partners, coordinated export and distribution operations, and supported companies in their establishment and growth across markets in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. She has an academic background in international business, translation, and tourism, and has completed advanced studies in language, culture, and business at Zhejiang University (China). She is a sworn translator and an accredited consultant recognized by Asturex.

Jan Jonckheere has more than 30 years of international experience in B2B business development and international expansion, working on export projects, market development, partner search, and project management. He holds a degree in International Business from KU Leuven and a Master’s degree in Internationalization of Companies from ICEX-CECO. Throughout his career, he has worked across sectors such as automotive, food and beverage, consulting, graphic arts, and consumer goods, and advises Boards of Directors on the definition and execution of international strategies. He speaks Spanish, English, French, German, Dutch, Portuguese, and Catalan.

Carlos Silva has more than 20 years of experience in international business and strategy, with specialization in the Portuguese market. He is a professor at Universidade Europeia de Lisboa and serves as a Senior Consultant at Gedeth Network. Previously, he was Director and Coordinator at ISLA–Leiria, where he carried out extensive teaching work for over 17 years in the fields of marketing and management. He holds a PhD in Management and a Master’s degree in International Economics. He is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.

Diego Lapeña holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Zaragoza and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Foreign Trade at the Madrid Chamber of Commerce. He has gained professional experience in the area of mergers and acquisitions at Indra, where he was involved in financial analysis and support for corporate transactions.
